The Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023, described as ‘Amazing and Bold,’ has officially come to an end, attracting a record-breaking number of 11,200 participants from 88 countries.
This Summit, being a platform for amazing people, mind-blowing ideas, fruitful meetings, ground-breaking research, tons of positive energy and revolutionary concept, undoubtedly stands as the largest educational event of the year in Poland. It provided a platform for young and aspiring women to meet the most influential female leaders of the modern world sharing their success stories, professional achievements and their vision of the future of technologies.
Over the course of June 14-15, participants had access to 400 mentoring sessions, 56 workshops focusing on technology, career development, and soft skills, as well as to 32 side events. The team from the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI) has also taken part in the Summit. During these incredibly inspiring two days KPI participants had the opportunity to explore the specially arranged Career Expo, featuring the most influential and innovative global companies, network with experienced and empowering mentors as well as participate in diverse workshops and tech talks to hone their skills.
This ambitious and daring Summit breaks the mold by challenging the most common stereotypes associated with women and shows that the biggest tech giants are ready to open up new vistas for women. The event celebrates talented women and recognizes their power to change the modern world.
During one of the speeches, a statement was made that resonated strongly: “Women are the future, especially Ukrainian women,” and the Summit makes you believe it. With its far-reaching goals, bolder choices and experts’ support, it is a perfect opportunity for young women to advance their development and carve out a career for themselves. The Summit featured two days of inspirational lectures, upskilling workshops, mentoring sessions, the Career Fair, recruitment meetings and industry networking.
Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023 has become an unforgettable experience for the KPI team, and we are truly happy to have been a part of it.
