National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» welcomes to take part in the 14th International Students’ Olympiad on Programming named after S.Lebedev and V.Glushkov “KPI-OPEN” from 1 July to 5 July, 2019.
KPI-OPEN is one of the world’s largest programmatic programming competitions. Olympiad is held under the original rules and is harmonized with international ones. Together with the lack of an organizational fee, KPI-OPEN is an ideal platform for meeting young programmers from different countries. Therefore, during the years of its existence, it has become one of the main events of the calendar, not only for students who obtain a corresponding degree in universities of Ukraine, Eastern Europe and other countries, but also for many IT companies. Its main purposes are: to create the ability to identify the most powerful programmers among the students, to teach them to work in the team, to help those who come to the start, to evaluate their own strength and to understand the direction in which to move in the training. That is, ultimately, contribute to raising the professional level of young professionals. Of course, one of the goals of the Olympiad is to ensure the development of inter-university relations.
The partners of the Olympiad are well-known IT companies, whose specialists share their experience, knowledge and vision with further developments in the industry through special presentations, seminars and lectures. At the same time, these companies are a great opportunity to find promising employees among the truly interested students of the future profession.
